Terms and Conditions for Doorzy Holding Draw Contest / Vault opening.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not participate in the draw / game or submit your information for the draw.
By playing the draw / vault Contest (“the Contest”), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of your legal guardian to collect the prize. You must provide a unique code that gets emailed to you to collect your reward. You must be a legal resident of Canada. The prize of the game / draw is based on the city / province where players reside. To claim the prize, the winner must show ID that proves the place of residency. Employees of Doorzy Holdings and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Game / Draw is not eligible to participate and receive any prize from the game / draw. By participating in the Game / Draw, you confirm that you are eligible and meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
In order to enter the Contest, all information required in the entry form on the website must be filled out completely and accurately, including full name, phone number, city, province, and email address. The player will need to share the Doorzy Holdings page on one of the social media platforms we have in order to qualify for the Contest.
Personal information provided by the player will be used by Doorzy Holdings for the purpose of administering the Contest and may be used for marketing purposes. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
Players are prohibited from using any source of equipment or devices to cheat the game / draw. Any player found to have cheated at any point during the Contest will be disqualified. Any attempt to cheat the game / draw or submit false information will result in immediate disqualification. The use of any devices or equipment to manipulate the game / draw is strictly prohibited.
The prizes are purchased by vendors that are going to sponsor the draw and the money for the vaults. The winner will be contacted by email. The winner must prove their age, unique code sent by Doorzy Holdings, and city by providing a government-issued ID in order to collect the prize. The prize must be collected within 15 days of the winning date. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person. If the winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.
By participating in the Contest, the player agrees to release and hold harmless Doorzy Holdings and its owners, employees, agents, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, losses, injury, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from any errors in the administration of the Contest.
The Game / Draw is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Doorzy Holdings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Game / Draw participation.
The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada, and any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
